Chief Complaint
The child developed a pustule on his tooth, prompting his family to bring him in for an examination. Upon examination, it was found that multiple deciduous teeth were decayed. However, the child was extremely afraid of seeing the dentist and completely unable to cooperate with the doctor’s treatment.

General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation was administered. The child underwent root canal therapy on 2 teeth, pulpotomy on 5 teeth, pre-formed crown restoration on 1 tooth, and dental filling, completely resolving the dental caries issue.
