Chief Complaint
Most of the teeth in his entire mouth have fallen out for several years. Chewing is particularly difficult for him. He wants to repair the half-arch of his upper or lower jaw so that he can eat well.
Treatment Plan
After diagnosis, Mr. Sheng had many missing teeth in the entire mouth, the alveolar bone was relatively low and had obvious resorption, and the remaining teeth may also have been loose and in poor condition, but he met the conditions for half-arch restoration. After communicating with Mr. Sheng and obtaining his consent, we first checked his overall health and oral condition, and then prioritized two restoration methods: either implant placement followed by overlay dentures, or improved removable dentures to restore the upper or lower half-arch.
